2010 Spring Garage Sale!
Attention all Summerfield neighbors: It's almost time . . . May 1st will be the annual garage sale date for Summerfield Subdivision. The signs will be out the week before the event, and it will be advertised in the Idaho Statesman. So, clean out all your junk and un-needed treasures and maybe you'll be rewarded with some spare cash!

HOA Annual Meeting, 2nd Attempt
As some of you may know we didn't meet quorum at our 1st attempted annual HOA meeting. All home owners should be receiving an official notice through mail.
We are attempting to make a change in our Covenants to allow us to meet quorum at our annual meeting easier. This will save the HOA money and allow the HOA to operate more efficiently. This change will be discussed at the annual meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday March 16th at 6:30 PM at Discovery Elementary School. If you are not able to attend please send your proxy ballet with a trusted neighbor.
