Car Burglary in Summerfield | HOA Update April 28

Neighborhood Safety - Summerfield recently experienced a car burglary. If you have vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. parked in your driveway or side yard, you are advised to keep them locked or otherwise secured, when not in use. Also, lighting is a key deterrent to burglary and vandalism. Let's keep each other as safe as possible and light 'em up! Our yards that is - per our covenants, we all have lamp posts in our front yards - please ensure your lamp post has a working bulb. Annual Subdivision Garage Sale - The subdivision garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 18. Signage will go up on May 13. Ads will be placed on meridianstar.com and boise.craigslist.org.

Irrigation System - The irrigation system became fully functionally effective Sunday, April 21st...one day ahead of schedule. Kudos and thanks to the Caron team! The common area sprinklers are slowly coming online and we should see the grass greening soon. Thanks for your patience!

Watering Schedule
- Please be sure to follow the schedule (per our covenants) to ensure everyone has adequate pressure during their allotted time. Do you need help changing the start/end times/days on your sprinkler system? Reply to this email for HOA assistance. The 2013 schedule is as follows:

HOA Update | April 21, 2013

Irrigation System - Caron Pump Company turned on the irrigation system on Friday, 4/19. After the system was pressurized, there was one issue with a yard that became flooded. So, the system was shut down until repairs could be made. The system was turned back on and water was available effective, Sunday, April 21st - one day ahead of schedule. Kudos and thanks to the Caron team!
