Annual Subdivision Garage Sale - The subdivision garage sale is this coming Saturday, May 18 from 8A to 2P. Signage will go up on May 13. Ads will be placed on meridianstar.com and boise.craigslist.org.
Neighborhood Safety - If you have vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. parked in your driveway or side yard, please keep them locked, or otherwise secured, when not in use. Also, lighting is another key deterrent to burglary as well as vandalism. Let's keep each other as safe as possible and light 'em up! Our yards that is! Per our covenants, please ensure your lamp post has a working bulb.
Irrigation System - The common area sprinklers have been on for awhile now and the grass is looking better. Thanks for your patience - we had a very dry spring and it's taking longer than normal for the grass to green up.
Watering Schedule - Please be sure to follow the schedule (per our covenants) to ensure everyone has adequate pressure during their allotted time. If you're experiencing low pressure - check your filters - the system will initially have debris in the line that will clog your filters. If you need help changing the start/end times/days on your sprinkler system, please send an email to HOA assistance (see below). The 2013 schedule is as follows:
